Damaris McCalley is a Brazilian / American artist who resides in the greater Dallas, Fort Worth area. She has created permanent as well as chalk art murals in the city of Arlington, Grand Prarie and Fort Worth. She has done automotive custom paint jobs for the Marine Corps League of Dallas. In her private artwork she blends mixed media, neoclassicism, surrealism and figurative art into a unique storytelling perspective. She has been painting since the age of 16 and studied Fine Art Painting at Pratt Institute in NYC as well as at University of Texas at Arlington.
